    Can you please try the following : 1. Can you try restarting the studio and see if you are able to connect to the server? Might be a momentary glitch. 2. Can you please try to log in to my.appcelerator.com using the same credentials and see if you are getting the same error?

       ti setup check
    What we are interested in is the "Network" section. We want to see green checkmarks for "online", "http request test", and "https request test".
