Steps to re-create:

copy JavaScript code that is bigger than 127 lines.

paste code into an existing .JS file in Aptana.

after some time, document is automatically shortened to 127 lines.

bug has happened several times

What is the version of Aptana you are using? Is there anything in the log file?
