The output of CLI command clearly indicates that you are using old SDK version : " install and select a Titanium SDK 3.2 or newer." Can you verify using the command "ti sdk" whether SDK 3.2.3.X is installed on your machine and is selected as default. You can use the command "ti sdk select 3.2.3.
Anyway once i installed 3.2.0 it worked, even if i did not changed the default SDK to 3.2.0
