According to the http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/3.0/#!/guide/Titanium_Compatibility_Matrix-section-29004837_TitaniumCompatibilityMatrix-Node.js, the minimum supported Node version is 0.10.13 or later.\r\n\r\nCurrently Studio doesn't check for any updates for Node if it is already installed on the machine - We will address this in the next release. For now, can you upgrade your Node version (to 0.10.13 or later: http://nodejs.org/download/) and verify that will help to address the installation with Node.ACS ?",
