This is a similar issue to TIMOB-5178 discovered whilst creating a dropbox module:
duplicate symbol _Base64DecodeData in:
duplicate symbol _EstimateBas64DecodedDataSize in:
Hi Neville, TIMOB 5178 has been resolved can you test this and if it has not been fix can you provide reproduction steps and a test case.
Thank you. Tested in 3.1.2 and works fine.
