Steps to Reproduce
Press Control Space in source file.
Fx: when trying to create a View with Ti.UI.createView({});
Actual Result
No list of propperties appears
Expected Result
A list of properties should appear

Which Titanium SDK and Titanium Studio version are you using? Tested on 3.0.0 GA and code assist worked fine.
Sorry for the late response.. This was only a bug in some og the Nightly Builds. Not a problem any more...
