Description
Please see attachments of running the same app on Android 4.1.2 and Android 4.3.
Most labels (depending on the text in them) are cut off on Android 4.3 (see yellow arrows).
I've added green background to one of them to see if the boundaries are ok (this label has right : '10dp')
No label is using drop shadows in this app.

No test case.
some how I have the same problem, can't create a simple app.js for this. 3.2.3 GA Android : 4.4.2
