just logging the bug
Expected Result
the bug should get logged in successfully, available in jire and logs should be readable

Sorry Shreya, I don't understand. The description sounds like a feature request for our bug reporting feature? Are you even saying that bugs reported through Studio should be automatically filed into JIRA? The screenshot you attached also doesn't sound related to what you described. There you seem to have a login error. Is your report about the login error? Resolving as "Needs more info" in the meantime.
Hey Dustin, I was just executing the test runs and wanted to verify the test run for the 'Submit Ticket' functionality from Help menu so I followed the steps required and logged this ticket. It has nothing to do with any bug scenario. I am sorry for this confusion.
