[AC-2556] Titanium Studio doesn't find installed Android SDK

Description

Steps to Reproduce

nothing special, just make sure that in the preferences window the android sdk folder is correctly specified

Actual Result

the preferences window complains that the android sdk folder specified doesn't have a valid sdk platform

Expected Result

the preferences window shold be able to correctly detect the existence of at least android sdk 10 thus android development should be possible again

    Please provide screenshots of how the Android SDK folder is specified and the error. Attach the output of the following commands as well. ti info ti config ti sdk

    Thanks. You are not able to execute any CLI command so it appears that your installation is corrupted. It is most likely not an Android SDK issue as you should be able to execute these commands without any SDK installed. Titanium depends on npm wrench module and it appears to be missing. Please attach the output of the following command to diagnose this issue further. npm list

    i got it fixed but how exactly i am not sure....i deleted the node_modules folder from my home directory and when i relaunched titanium it re-asked to reinstall titanium cli 3.2.1 and when it did the problem seems to have disappeared.
