[AC-3074] Cannot build after downloading latest SDK

Description

Cannot build or debug even after uninstalling and reinstalling studio.     This sucks big time, closing real bugs as invalid without reason. BTW, the linked page contain no information regarding why this bug could be closed. Thats a good example on why it's too risky to add external dependencies to your code.
