The CLI command \"appc ti build -p windows -T wp-emulator -C 8-1-1 \" is working as expected on my working environment.\r\n\r\nPlease follow the steps below:\r\n- Open Visual Studio\r\n- Create a new Windows Phone Project\r\n- Try to run it on an emulator\r\nNotice if there are any emulators listed or not.\r\n\r\nHelpful link: https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/guides2/Installing+the+Windows+Phone+SDK\r\n\r\nThanks.\r\n",
