After the last update made to the ticket AC-3419, the ticket is no longer visible to me. Please fix its permissions.
Yes I can access it again. Please close this ticket. I opened this ticket because I didn't know how else to notify about that ticket.
Please reopen this ticket...the ticket AC-3419 is again not visible to me anymore.
I cannot view the ticket AC-3426 any longer. Please fix the permission and provide me status update.
