Steps to Reproduce
Open an old project made in previous appcelerator studio. Select a view file. Switch to XML tab. Observe possible design values changed, as well as an unstaged changes which results in the entire file to git repository.
Actual Result
Alerts git of unstaged changes of entire file.
Expected Result
No change and no unstaged changes in git.

4.7.0.201605030717. This version is not yet released but actually in development. It is recommended that you use latest stable version which is4.5.0.201602170821. ThanksThese are updates that the studio prompts me with, are you saying that I have to deal with constant update prompts that are breaking my environment? Why am I being alerted to beta versions?
Hello, Try running the below command appc use latest appc setup If your installation process is successful. This should relieve you from constant update prompt. Also, you should make sure you have the latest studio version that is in this link https://web.appcelerator.com/product/studio Regards, Sharif.
