Description

Not able to update Appcelerator studio, Fireevent stoped working for my project with older version and so I have to update it with new version and while updating it is giving me errors mentioned in Images. Please help me to resolve it.

    [~ppancholi] Could you try removing your config file at ~/.appcelerator/appc-cli.json. It looks like the config is malformed, removing it and then re-logging in should fix the issue

    -bash: /Users/jlaw/.appcelerator/appc-cli.json: Permission denied it says me permission denied when I try to open it on terminal

    Thank You @Ewan it solved the issue but its all old version now, I have to update Titanium SDK 7.2.0 because with older versions my fireevent for webview is not working in 11.3 and on latest version of ios

    Hello, Try running "appc setup" in the terminal and follow on the process. This should update your CLI without any issue. Thanks.
