		"description": "I have Ti.Cloud and Ti.Cloudpush implemented for push notifications with Google Cloud Messaging (GCM). I recently switched from Titanium SDK version 7.3.0 to 7.3.1. The iOS notification banner behavior, Ti.Network.registerForPushNotifications callback behavior, and the iOS Notification Center behavior have all been changed. The callback does not fire when the device receives the notification. The Notification Center discards the push notification automatically after a second or two when the Notification Center is slid down to the main screen view. The Notification Banner now shows when the app is in the foreground unlike on 7.3.0.\r\n\r\nI have not found any documentation for SDK changes regarding that would coincide with these new unexpected behaviors.\r\n\r\nThese bugs are noticeable on the iPhone SE iOS 11.4.1.",
