Steps to Reproduce

Studio is not reliable for development. Coukld work yesterday on my MacBook pro without any problems. Starting toda it is impossible to select a device for testing. This selct box isn't responding. Only in Package mode it is working. But that I don't that moment

Hello, Which platform are you trying? Try to update the studio version to the latest one 5.1.x. Thanks.

Im of course using the newest version. Could find out that the button is active if I plugged off the device and plugged in again.

how cam I do. If I go into studio main menu, installation details and click on update on the installed items, I get the message "no updates available"

You can download the IDE from here https://platform.axway.com/#/product/studio. Delete the old studio and install the new one, You can select your old workspace directory after the new one opens to get your previous projects. Thanks.
