DAEMON-162 exposed this issue, and hacked around it. It needs to be fixed ASAP.
Basically we need to, detemine if we failed to build due to max path issues and then retry building in ~/.titanium/vsbuild
The case above wasnt an issue, ready for review https://github.com/appcelerator/windowslib/pull/80
