Description
The Titanium Android build backend is responsible for hooking into the build controller and handling Android specific processing including building, installing, and running apps.
The build needs to be smart about which Java files need to be recompiled.
We need to investigate how resources (launch screens, i18n strings, themes, etc) can be better handled, if even applicable.
