Description
When using appcd 1.1.3 the ios plugin fails to detect iOS 13 simulators installed via xcode 11. This is fixed in ioslib 3 (and the upcoming v2 of appcd-plugin-ios) but we need to cherry pick the ioslib changes back to v2 to ensure appcd 1.1.3 works for ios 13/xcode 11 release
