Description
We want to bump the Node.js version of appcd-core's
package.json to the latest v8.x LTS release once it ships in October 2017.
In addition, the following dependencies must also be updated to take advantage of the new features of Node 8:
* appcd-http: koa-bodyparser@4.0.0
