Issue Description

Geofence module is working great, but the expected behavior is that this module keeps working on background and send the notifications even when the app is killed, the actual behavior is keep working 10 minutes when the app is on background.

Closing ticket, since it possible using the following keys inside the plist-section of the tiapp.xml:

   <key>NSLocationAlwaysUsageDescription</key>
   <string>Your location needs accessed for displaying where you are in the store map.</string>
   <key>NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription</key>
   <string>Your location needs accessed for displaying where you are in the store map.</string>
