Description
PR for ti.map Uses OnCameraMoveStartedListener and GoogleMap.OnCameraIdleListener instead of the deprecated OnCameraChangeListener. Fires theregionwillchange event like the ios module.
regionwillchange has the reason property stating why the camera moved.
