Description
If the scroll view is not bigger than the screen, the swipe event never fires.
There are a HD ticket that encountered a similar issue where swipe event is slowish and jittery, when fullscreen is set to true. http://support.appcelerator.com/display/APP-157683

Hold on why is this issue closed? I have just tested this with 2.0.1 and it's still very much in evidence! I am puzzled as to why something so key to most Apps has been 'scrubbed'
