Description:
Default project appears with an alert "Restart Required" while launching Android Jelly Bean emulator.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Titanium Mobile Project using V8
2. In the Project Explorer, right-click on the project
3. Go to Run As > Android Emulator
Expected result:
Emulator is launched without any errors and alerts, default project appears as expected
Actual result:
Alert "Restart required" appears

Closing as fixed. Tested and verified on: OS: Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion; Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 Titanium Studio, build: 2.1.2.201208201549 Titanium SDK, build: 2.2.0.v20120824100912 Android Emulators: 2.3; 3.2; 4.1 App opens without "Restart required" alert.
