[TIMOB-10556] MobileWeb : Textfield : We are not able to focus,type in text & not seeing hint text for textfields on all platforms.

NOTE : This issue is seen on 2.1.0 GA,2.1.1 GA & 2.1.2.v20120816171609 but not seen on 2.2.0.v20120821201654. Steps to reproduce: 1.Copy the code in the attached app.js in the default app's app.js. 2.Package it for mobile web. 3.Host it on your apache server. 4.Launch the app in the different device browser. Actual result: 1.The textfields are not focusable,nor we can type in & we can not see the hint text. Expected result: 2.We should be able to focus,type in & see the hint text.
