Description
Dragging a view from the scrollView parent is going behind the white window. It only drags as far as the bounds of the scrollView. It works fine in iOS.
Repro Steps
1. Add the attached files app.js and draggable.js to your project.
2. Run the app.
3. Try to drag the color boxes and you can see the issue. The color boxes drag behind the white window.
