Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. click "Create report"
2. add a charge to the report
3. click "Home"
Expected result: the user should be navigated to "Hub" page, the report shouldn't be saved.
Actual result: nothing happens, user can return to "Hub" page only by submitting the report.
