On iOS 6, adding contacts through Kitchen Sink -> Phone -> Add Contact does not add a contact and also no response for failure to add contact is shown when Kitchen Sink does not have permission to contacts
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Kitchen Sink -> Phone -> Add Contacts
2. Enter details and click on Add Contact button
Actual: No response is shown. Also an error is shown in console. Find the attached logs.
Expected: There should be an information shown that the app does not have access to contacts (as is shown in other cases in KS for contacts)
