This works the same way as it does in iOS. "auto" makes the ScrollView fit the parent container. Test:

   var win = Ti.UI.createWindow({
   	backgroundColor: 'white'
   });
   
   var scrollView = Ti.UI.createScrollView({
   	backgroundColor: 'red',
   	width: 'auto',
   	height: 'auto'
   })
   
   win.add(scrollView);
   
   win.open();
