Description

When trying to take advantage of the JNI support mentioned in the SDK docs, the following were particular pain points:

No sample code nor sample makefiles

libstlport_shared.so was copied over, making link failures in applications

a missing lib folder (even if empty otherwise) would cause the build to fail.

This task will have components of changing the template to have an optional JNI component and changes to the android module build.xml.
