LiveView is not applying changes to a project build/run on Android Emulator, both classic or Alloy, from Appcelerator Studio or from Console CLI.

Verified fixed on Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.1.2.201308091728, OSX 10.8.3. This includes LiveView 0.1.32.
