Description
1. Design an experiment to measure the validity of the hypothesis "The Kroll bridge is slow".
2. Run the experiment and collect the data.
3. Analyze the data.
4. Create a short writeup presenting results and conclusions.

I don't think we can close this issue yet since the data analysis is incomplete. We still don't know whether the Kroll bridge is slow or not.
