Description
When building for Android and the AVD id is not passed in or invalid, the Android build should attempt to find Android SDK 8 or newer.

Closing as FIXED. Actual result: [WARN] No AVD ID specified. Launching with the AVD ID 3 (Android 2.3.3). Tested with: Titanium CLI: 3.1.0 SDK build: 3.1.1.v20130513131554
