Description
Slider becomes visible only, if its handle is moved.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Kitchen Sink > Controls > Slider > Basic.
2. Move the handle.
Actual result:
1. The only visible part of the slider is the handle(screenshot), we can barely see the slider.
2. The slider is partially visible (screenshot)
Expected:
Slider should be visible
