Description
We found from using the ti.cloud example app that ti.cloud sends the value of app key for the oauth consumer key parameter when making calls to the secure identity server. Roman will send a pull request with the proposed fix. This is needed for 360 GA.

Fixed by APPTS-1717
Fixed according to comments by [~jalter].
Closing ticket as invalid. Secure Identity Server is not being used in enterprise any more as per [~mgadiya]. By default, any ACS enabled app in enterprise will use the app keys; not oauth keys.
