Description
Contacts are not displayed and permission to access contacts was not requested.
To reproduce:
1. Install and run KS> Phone> Contacts
Actual result:
"Contact authorization unknown" message.

didn't ask me for any authorization, but was able access contacts without any problems . Most probably an apple bug. Tested on iPad 4 running iOS 7 DP 4 on 3.1.2.v20130726192706 Will leave ticket open to be verified against newer versions of the iOS 7
Must have been an apple bug or may be the button itself must have been hidden underneath the tabbar. Tested on iPad 4 running iOS 7 DP 5 with TiSDK 3.2.0.v20130806110850 and iPad 5th generation running iOS 7 DP 5
