Description
In a window with a webview when a swipe event listener attached to web view,
the swipe event gets called fine, but the scrolling of the webview, that the event is attached to, becomes very sluggish and slow.
Test code
Please use the attached code to reproduce the issue.
Note:On removing the swipe event listener scrolling behaviour gets normal again.
