Problem description
In order to work, LiveView development machine and device must be on the same network. When this is not happening, there is no graceful error message to inform the user. On Android a Runtime error is displayed and on iOS the app is stuck at the splashscreen.Attachments

Verified fixed on: Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.0.201312101708 Titanium SDK, build: 3.2.0.v20131212122847 CLI: 3.2.0-cr3 Alloy: 1.3.0-cr LiveView: 0.1.35 iOS and Android display error popup if the device is on a different network to Studio. Closing.
