TiCLI: 3.1.2
The various TabGroup and Tab background image and color properties stopped working in Release 3.1.x except Ti.UI.TabGroup's activeTabBackgroundColor and activeTabBackgroundImage properties and Ti.UI.Tab's backgroundColor and backgroundImage.
Examples of properties that were working in 2.1.x and 2.0.x but not in 3.1.x are the TabGroup's activeTabBackgroundSelectedImage property and Tab's backgroundSelectedColor
