Description
IF the external url is a webpage, atleast we are able to scroll through the entire webpage and able to see the content.
But also require the ability to scroll if the weblink is referring to any document like pdf, word,etc.

Possible dupe of TIMOB-8435.
Chris, in TIMOB-8435 only html pages scroll, it does not work for PDF or Word documents opened in the web view.
Resolving as "Won't Fix" as MobileWeb has been deprecated.
Closing as will not fix.
