Description
To reproduce:
1. Install and run KS> Phone> Camera
2. Run all tests
I encountered this issue after running "Camera Augmented Reality" test and then another tests in random order.
Note: can not reproduce if "Camera Augmented Reality" is not run

Moving into 3.2.1 due to lack of remaining bandwidth for 3.2.0

I believe we resolved this issue a while back. Cannot Reproduce this issue with latest KS(master) and SDK master
