Description

(Probably should be done in concert with #1509 re selectedBackgroundImage).

Using this test app.js:

Titanium.UI.setBackgroundColor('#000');

var w = Ti.UI.createWindow({fullscreen: true});
var data = [];
for (var i = 0; i < 10; i++) {
    var color = (i % 2) ? 'red' : 'blue';
    data.push(Ti.UI.createTableViewRow({
        selectedBackgroundColor: color,
        title: 'Row ' + (i + 1)
    }));
};
var tv = Ti.UI.createTableView({
    data: data
});
w.add(tv);
w.open();

In iOS, if you touch one of the rows, it's selectedBackgroundColor will show until you finish the touch. In Android, if you touch one of the rows then the default orange-ish background appears. If you use the hardware scroll to scroll down the list (which selects each row one-at-a-time as you scroll), each row's selectedBackgroundColor will then appear, but then not disappear when you move to the next row. (So, using the example above, you end up with a red-blue-red-blue-red-blue etc. table by the time you get to the bottom row.)

    what's an estimate of time to fix this (roughly)?

    I'm going to try and look this afternoon to get a better feel. Marshall spent some time on it yesterday and the fix wasn't obvious.

    Any updates? Kind of boring to just have black rows..

    Resolving ticket as Invalid as there is hardly any information whatsoever and this was created in April 2011 with no response since that time.
