Description
Actual:
There is a Node.js crash because the app log file is deleted while we are stat'ing for changes.
Expected:
Build should gracefully shutdown if simulator is reset.
Steps to reproduce:
1) create an app in Studio or CLI
2) build app for iOS simulator
3) while app is running, select "Reset Contents and Settings..." menu item from the "iOS Simulator" menu

Verified the issue using the steps to reproduce. On Resetting the simulator content the app closes gracefully. No crash logs are reproduced. Closing as fixed. Tried both by running the app from CLI and Studio.
