Description
Titanium detects the Android NDK by looking for a file "RELEASE.TXT", however on certain platforms, this file may actually be named "RELEASE.txt".

Verified the fix. Checked by changing the file to release.txt & then back to RELEASE.TXT. Closing. Environment: Appc Studio : 3.2.3.201403190645 Ti SDK : 3.2.3.v20140324114345 , 3.3.0.v20140324120929 Mac OSX : 10.8.5 Alloy : 1.3.1 CLI - 3.2.1
