Verified fixed on: Mac OSX 10.9.2 Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.3.201403250634 Titanium SDK, build: 3.2.3.v20140324164913 CLI: 3.2.2 (from Git: 8791b94bde) Alloy: 1.3.1 ti sdk correctly displays the custom SDK paths. Closing.
