One thought is that this could be related to APPTS-2530 (SOASTA sdk corruption), but the error messages are different. One way to determine that is to delete the sdk and re-install. If it fixes the problem, it could be caused by the corruption
I checked deleting the SDK & reinstalling it again but I still see the issue.
I can't reproduce this and neither can Lokesh (who originally filed the ticket). Must have been some weird Windows thing.
This issue was just encountered on recent CLI/SDK 3.4.0 following the steps described above.
