Description
We need docs so that we know how hooks work.
* Difference between function and event hooks
* Describe exactly what each hook's name is, and what its function is
* Describe the details of the callback signatures
* Describe how you add hooks to your apps
* Anything else I'm forgetting, but a major focus on the 2nd bullet point.
