Verified as fixed for, Mavericks 10.9.2, Windows 8.1 Xcode: 5.1 Appcelerator Studio build: 3.2.3.v20140323233607 SDK: 3.2.3.v20140323211726 acs: 1.0.14 alloy: 1.3.1 titanium CLI: 3.3.0 code processor: 1.1.0 Note this was not fixed for titanium CLI: 3.2.1 so yet not closing it.
Verified fixed on: Mac OSX 10.9.2 Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.3.201403250634 Titanium SDK, build: 3.2.3.v20140324164913 CLI: 3.2.2 (from Git: 8791b94bde) Alloy: 1.3.1 User can build for Android without being logged in. Closing.
