Description
When user has location services off the system is issuing alerts in a rapid fire style and fade off.
First alert saying:
Location Services disabled
You currently have all location services for this device disabled.If you proceed, you will be asked to confirm whether location services should be reenabled.
Second alert saying:
Turn on location services to determine your location.
with 'settings' and 'cancel' button

Using the above sample code, I was able to reproduce the above issue when Location Services was disabled from Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Tested on: Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.1.201402061120 SDK build: 3.2.0.GA 3.2.1.GA CLI: 3.2.1 Alloy: 1.3.1 Xcode: 5.0.2 Devices: iphone 5 (7.0.6), iphone 5 (6.1.3), iphone 4s (6.0.1)
I am able to reproduce this issue with the following environment; iPhone 7 (10.2) Studio 4.9.0.201705302345 Ti SDK 6.1.1.v20170623141152 Appc NPM 4.2.9 Appc CLI 6.2.1 Ti CLI 5.0.13 Alloy 1.9.11 Arrow 2.0.0 Xcode 8.2 (8C38) Node v4.8.2 Java 1.8.0_131
