Description
Need to update the node-ios-device version to 0.2.1 so that we can support the latest Node.js module API v14 (0.11.11 - 0.11.12+).

To test: 1. Make sure you have /path/to/sdk/node_modules/node-ios-device/package.json with a version of 0.2.1 2. Run an iOS device build and make sure the build takes longer than 25 seconds. You may need to use a slow computer and/or have many files. 3. ti clean 4. Update node-ios-device to 0.2.2 and re-run the build.
Closing ticket as fixed. Verified by: 1. Building and installing KS with SDK 3.2.2.GA 2. ti clean the project 3. Building and installing KS again with SDK 3.2.3.v20140327115429; also verified node-ios-device was 0.2.2 Tested on: Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.3.201403271839 SDK build: 3.2.3.v20140327115429 CLI: 3.2.3-alpha2 Alloy: 1.3.1 Xcode: 5.1 Device: iphone 5c (7.1)
